Before joining Software Advice in 2012, Ashley worked in sales management for an advertising startup in Austin, TX. Currently, she is the managing editor of the Customer Service Investigator, where she focuses on various topics related to customer service, CRM software, sales, and marketing strategy. She is a University of Texas graduate with a bachelor's degree in Journalism.
